Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about every purchase you make from us. If something is not right, please reach out — we will work with you in good faith.
1. Cosmic Code PDF
The Cosmic Code is a personalized digital report delivered by email after purchase.
- 7-day refund window — you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as the PDF has not been downloaded and the delivery email has not been opened.
- After download: because the report is digital, personalized, and already delivered, we cannot refund a downloaded PDF.
- Quality defect: if the PDF fails to render, contains the wrong birth data, or arrives broken — we issue a full refund immediately, no questions asked. Just email us with your order ID and a brief description.
2. Cosmic Codex app subscriptions
- First payment: 7-day refund window from the date of your first paid charge. Email us with your order ID and reason and we will refund the full amount.
- Subsequent renewals: renewal charges are not refundable. You can cancel future renewals at any time through the Stripe customer portal linked in the app's Settings — your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Yearly plans follow the same 7-day window for the first payment. After that, no refunds for the remainder of the term; cancellation prevents auto-renewal.
3. Cosmic Operating System mentorship
The Cosmic Operating System is an 8-week 1:1 mentorship engagement (Full program or Module A / Module B). Refund terms are set out in the signed Mentorship Services Agreement provided at enrollment; the summary below is what every cohort client is offered:
- Cooling-off period. Brazil-resident clients receive a 7-day cooling-off period as guaranteed by Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code (CDC). EU residents receive a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer-protection law. Clients in other jurisdictions receive a voluntary 7-day cooling-off period as the default minimum. During the cooling-off period, a written withdrawal request to hello@cosmic-codex.com triggers a full refund.
- Soft satisfaction guarantee. If, after Week 1 sessions are complete, you decide the work is not the right fit, we will refund 50% of the remaining (unstarted) weeks. This is offered in good faith and is in addition to the cooling-off right above.
- Cancellation after the cooling-off period. Detailed post-cooling-off refund terms are presented at signing and form part of the Mentorship Services Agreement.
- Force majeure. In case of documented incapacity to continue (serious illness, calamity, etc.) by either party, the parties will negotiate in good faith for temporary suspension or termination without penalty.
- Founding rate. Once enrolled at the founding rate, that price is locked for you for the duration of the engagement. A refund cancels the engagement; re-enrollment after that may be at the standard cohort price.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@cosmic-codex.com with:
- The email address used to make the purchase.
- Your order or payment ID (in your receipt).
- A brief reason for the refund — this helps us improve.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact time it shows up in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. No hidden fees
We do not charge restocking fees, processing fees, or cancellation penalties. The price you saw at checkout is the price you paid, and a refund returns that full amount (minus any third-party currency conversion fees imposed by your bank, which we cannot recover).
7. Disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact us first — we usually resolve issues within a day or two. Filing a chargeback before getting in touch can lead to your account being suspended while your bank investigates, which slows things down for everyone. We promise to take your concern seriously.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal right granted to you by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country, including Brazil's Code of Consumer Protection (CDC) and the EU's right of withdrawal where applicable.
