1. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting cosmic-codex.com, joining the waitlist, creating an account in the Cosmic Codex app, or buying a Cosmic Code PDF, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is

Cosmic Codex offers three things at launch:

• The Cosmic Codex app — an interactive web application that explores Astrology, Human Design, and Gene Keys based on your birth data. Available in invite-only beta and, in time, in free and paid tiers.
• The Cosmic Code PDF — a one-time digital product delivered by email after purchase.
• The Cosmic Operating System mentorship — an 8-week 1:1 program combining self-knowledge work and AI-implementation coaching. Engagement details are governed by a separate signed Mentorship Services Agreement provided at enrollment, which prevails over these Terms for the mentorship relationship.

All three exist to support your personal development and spiritual exploration. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you need professional help, please seek a licensed professional.

3. Accounts

When the app beta opens, you can create an account using a magic-link email or a supported single-sign-on provider. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

Please use the service in good faith. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download our content or data.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of the service or its outputs as your own product.
• Attempt to break, abuse, or circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or security controls.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm another person, or to produce content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.

5. Payments and refunds

Paid subscriptions and the Cosmic Code PDF are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Pricing for each product is shown at the point of purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Cosmic Codex name, brand, written content, code, designs, and knowledge graph are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for your own use.

Anything you create inside the service — saved insights, notes, journal entries, profile context — belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service for you.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the app's Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, attempt to harm the service or other users, or use the platform for illegal activity. Where possible, we will give you notice and a chance to resolve the issue first.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight, reading, or AI output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Rio de Janeiro, unless local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring the claim where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for active users, send notice by email or in-app message. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
